Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange their items. Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to our returns policy for the full terms & conditions.

All bottoms sold at lilyandlemon.com.au have hygiene liners intact. However, we do ask our customers to please try on their bottoms on top of their underwear for sanitary reasons. We do not accept returns on items that have been visibly worn, washed, soiled or stained. All items are inspected thoroughly once they arrive back to us.

For all swim garments: Cold hand wash ONLY and hang up in the shade. Please do not place in the washing machine or tumble dry.

Please AVOID wearing your pieces in mineral hot springs, as the sulfur in thermal baths can damage & cause discolouration to your swim set.
