Refund policy
At lilyandlemon.com.au, we understand that purchasing swimwear in the right size isn't always easy or maybe once you've tried the pieces on, you're just not feeling it! As a serial online shopper myself, I definitely get it. That's why at lilyandlemon.com.au, we will offer you your money back when requesting a refund, instead of your typical 'store credit only' policy.
To be eligible for a return, please read the following statements. Our items are throughly inspected once they arrive back to us & then determined whether a refund will be issued.
Customers have 21 days to return their items from the day of delivery.
Returns are issued via the original payment method. Alternatively, we can provide you with a store credit.
Please note clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns and are final sale. However, if an item is faulty or you require a size up or down, please reach out to Krystina at info@lilyandlemon.com.au and she will do everything that she can to assist & resolve any matters.
All bottoms sold at lilyandlemon.com.au have hygiene liners intact. However, we do ask our customers to please try on their bottoms on top of their underwear for sanitary reasons.
Please be mindful: Return shipping is at customer's expense. All of our postage mailers are sustainable & re-usable where customers can send back their items in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return at lilyandlemon.com.au, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. Hygiene liners must be intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been visibly worn, washed, soiled or stained.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@lilyandlemon.com.au. Please quote your order number & surname as the subject line. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
